How do I order?

We make ordering simple and easy.

• Simply download the Fancy app from the Apple App Store.
• Create an account.
• Select your items.
• Checkout.

How do I checkout?

Once you have added the items you wish to order to your basket simply:

• Select the basket icon at the bottom of the app.
• Check all the items you wish to purchase are in the basket.
• Click CHECKOUT.
• Make sure your address is correct and select payment method.
• Make payment
• Order complete

Please note you can view all your orders by selecting the account icon at the bottom of the app and click 'orders'.

I have a referral code, how can I redeem it?

If you have a referral code, you can redeem this in the app.

• Add the items to the basket that you wish to order.
• In your basket enter the referral code.
• Select your items.
• Checkout.

How do I open an account?

If you don't have a Fancy account yet:

• Download the app from the Apple App Store.
• Open the app and enter your mobile phone number.
• Enter the verification code.
• Choose your address.

Congratulations - you're now ready to place an order!
If you have a referral code you will be able to enter this at the checkout.

Fancy is an on demand delivery service where you can order all your favourite items to your door in 30 minutes or less.

How long does delivery take? & How much does it cost?

We aim to deliver your items to you in within 30 minutes for a flat delivery fee of £2.

When you checkout the delivery fee will be added on top of the cost of your items.
